- Microsoft .NET development oversight
- qmail, vpopmail, apache, courier IMAP, squirrelmail, php, mysql, spamassassin mail server install and management
- Technology refresh of remote offices
- Sharepoint 2003 installation oversight
- Sharepoint 2003 BCP/DRP development in coordination with Microsoft.
- Business Objects XI data warehouse implementation with oversight for report development
